What is the pickup policy?

Complimentary pick up is only available for customer who stays in the listed partner hotels and guest house. Passengers must be ready and wait for pickup service bus at the lobby in their hotel or guesthouse 1 hour before departure time. Our pickup guys would talk to the hotel's receptionist, please always inform the receptionist when using our service.

Can I do the visa on arrival for entering Cambodia?

Passengers entering Cambodia are advised to apply for an E-Visa in advance. However, it is also possible to apply for a visa at the border (check if this is applicable to your nationality). The cost for a tourist visa is $35 USD and for a business visa is $45 USD, with an additional $5 service fee for batch processing. No photo is required when applying through our service.
